A long sleeve for a cold gym and the walk to it. Same ribbed cotton as the Rig Tank at a slightly heavier weight, with a long cuff and a thumbhole so the sleeve stays down when you push it up your forearm.
Cut with a drop shoulder, which means the shoulder seam sits below the point of your shoulder rather than on it. That reads as relaxed and it moves better overhead; it also means this garment looks larger on a hanger than it wears.

- Fit
- Relaxed through the body, drop shoulder. 23in flat chest at M, 29in body length, 26in sleeve from centre back. The drop shoulder makes it wear about half a size larger than a set-in sleeve at the same chest.
- How it ages
- Softens and drapes further over the first month, which is the point of a drop shoulder. The thumbhole is the first thing to show wear — the rib around it stretches with use and will not come back.

- 95% combed cotton, 5% elastane, 2x1 rib knit

Chest is measured pit to pit and doubled. Length is the high point of the shoulder to the hem. Waist is the relaxed waistband, measured flat and doubled. Inseam is the crotch seam to the hem. Measure a garment you already wear and compare — that is more reliable than measuring yourself.
Care
- Machine wash cold with like colours.
- Hang to dry.
- Do not tumble dry — a drop shoulder that has shrunk sits on your shoulder, which defeats it.
Cautions
- Not waterproof and not windproof. It is a cotton knit.
- The drop shoulder is not a fit for everyone; if you want the seam on your shoulder, this is the wrong top.
- Do not wear it under a pack with a rough strap — the rib abrades.
