A long-sleeve base layer knitted in the round, so there are no side seams at all — nothing to rub under a bar, a strap or a vest.
It is cut small and it is supposed to be. Compression that does not compress is just a thin top; this one holds through the torso and the forearm and stays where you put it.
The knit changes gauge across the body: tighter through the trunk, deliberately open at the underarm and along the spine where you need the heat to leave.

- Fit
- CUT SMALL, on purpose. Take your normal size for a firm compression fit or size up for a close-but-not-tight one. 16in flat chest at M, stretching to 26in. 25in body length. It should feel snug standing still.
- How it ages
- Elastane is the clock on any compression garment. Washed cold and hung to dry this holds its tension for a couple of years of regular use; washed warm and tumbled it will be noticeably slacker in months. When it stops holding it is finished — there is nothing to tighten.

Chest is measured pit to pit and doubled. Length is the high point of the shoulder to the hem. Waist is the relaxed waistband, measured flat and doubled. Inseam is the crotch seam to the hem. Measure a garment you already wear and compare — that is more reliable than measuring yourself.
Care
- Machine wash cold, inside out, in a mesh bag if you have one.
- Hang to dry. Never tumble dry — heat is what kills elastane.
- No fabric softener, no bleach.
Cautions
- It will snag and run on a velcro hook face or a rough barbell collar, and a run in a seamless knit cannot be repaired the way a seam can.
- Not a medical compression garment. It makes no therapeutic claim of any kind.
- Not a sauna suit. Wearing it to sweat more is a bad idea.
- Hot water or a tumble dryer will permanently slacken it.
