Identical fabric, waistband, drawcord and pocket. The only differences are the inseam and the price.

- True to size, straight leg, 5in inseam from the crotch seam. Sits above the knee on most people at every size. Same elastic waist and drawcord as the 7in.

- As the 7in: no pilling, no knee bag, elastic relaxes before the fabric does.

- 90% recycled nylon, 10% elastane, ripstop weave

Chest is measured pit to pit and doubled. Length is the high point of the shoulder to the hem. Waist is the relaxed waistband, measured flat and doubled. Inseam is the crotch seam to the hem. Measure a garment you already wear and compare — that is more reliable than measuring yourself.
Care
- Machine wash cold. Hang to dry.
- Do not use fabric softener.
- Do not iron the ripstop face.
Cautions
- No liner, same as the 7in.
- At 5in this is a short short. If you are unsure, the 7in is the safer buy.
- Not water-resistant.
